I would like to duplicate 14 USB simultaneously by using two 7 port hubs, when I run the software it looks like the files are transfer to the keys one by one and not parallels as I whisd, can I duplicate to 14 keys at once?

You can setup multiple profiles (one per pair) and run them in parallel with VVEngine:
