I lost about 4 gigs on one side of a standard pairing that I keep synchronized over a VPN connection
moving a set of the missing data via VVP will take 48+hours.
now-- When I right click an individual (or multiple) file, I can select a few options including- copy to target/source.
I'd like a new right click option- copy to x where X is defined when I make that selection.
I have no other way to identify JUST the non-matching files.. unless I want to copy the ENTIRE folders I keep synced..
this way, I could have selected all 4 gb of missing files, and sent them to a DVD-recordable or to an external harddrive- and driven them in to work..
would be a lot faster for special occasions-- like initial syncs- or my case--recovery of large amounts....
never underestimate the bandwidth of a stationwagon full of magnetic tapes (or a F-150 with a dvd-r) |

I think it is already available.... when you right click you can select 'copy to ....' and then you can choose a destination folder. _________________ --
