ViceVersa Pro & VV Scheduler on Win2003 Server

I installed ViceVersa Pro 1.3.1 on a Windows 2003 Server. When I am logged in the Server the VV Scheduler executes fine and I get a exit code of 0x0. I am using Remote Desktop to access the server. When I log off the server and the task is scheduled, I get a exit code of 0x2. The task is not completing. Is this product compatible with Windows 2003 Server and RDP.

How can I fix this??

Yes, VV is compatible with Windows Server 2003.
Can you please post the log file?
