Delete folders on 1 side

I'm trying this in Sync mode... If both sites are sync and a user deletes a folder on 1 server does it delete it on the other? or does it recreate it after the user deletes it?

Hi, with the Synchronization method the folder is deleted from the other side, with the Consolidation method the folder is recreated.
