Limited sub directories

I just got a new laptop and was trying to setup to sync from my desktop to the laptop. However, I am only able to get 2 subdirectories down before it says the files/sub directories are not accessable. What have I done wrong to create this glitch?

Which version of ViceVersa are you using?
