I need to know what is the requisite number of licenses needed for my situtation as I am ready to make a purchase.

I will have ViceVersa installed on one server and be using it to replicate data between that server and one other server.

If you could supply me with an answer as soon as possible, it would be highly appreciated!

Server to server replication requires 1 licenses. This one license allows you to install ViceVersa on one server, from where you can initialize replication and push the data to the other server. If for some reason you wish to initialize replication from both machines, you will need to install VV on both servers and therefore you will need 2 licenses.
