Shedule a Log-Off

Using VVSchedular, I create a New Task, and schedule it for "At Logon".
Is there a way to do it for "At Logoff"?

No, because Windows does not provide that option in the task scheduler. But you could use VVLauncher for that (it is under All Programs->ViceVersa PRO 2->Tools).
