VVlauncher error using Ximeta NDAS drive

Hi...

I am currently evaluating backup software for the company I work for. I really like your product, but I'm having some problems.

When I first tried VVLauncher, I got the "error, can not monitor source folder"
...oddly enough, the next day it worked fine and ran 4 times (set to run every 15 min. if change is detected). Today, I'm back to the error message again. I tried running as a service as well - no change.
What's the deal?

Source folder is on a Ximeta NDAS network drive, which shows as a local drive on the target machine.

If I can't get this problem resolved, I can't recommend your product for our purposes.
