I have two directories on the source that I would like to synchronize onto two directories on the target. For some reason when the scheduler runs, it only synchronizes the first directory, although I have both source/target combinations listed in the profile. Why is it only running the first?

Hello, can you please post the ViceVersa log file? You can setup the log file in the profile settings.
