Running Project from VVScheduler

I have a task that I have run from VVScheduler. The project that it runs should only take about a minute. But in VVScheduler it says that it is still running. It has been over 2 hours. Is this a bug or am i not doing something right. If i do a show comparison then it only take a couple of minutes
