Scheduler forgot all tasks?

I have VV Scheduler set to run as a service. I haven't checked it in a while and today noticed that all my scheduled tasks are completely gone. I have important data that needs backed up on a regular basis and they are gone.

What is up with this? I have never had that happen before.

Are there any backup XML files in the VVEngine application folder?
Could you send the VVEngine.log to support via email for analysis? thank you
