I am looking for a way to have The source folder compared and anything greater than 5 years moved to the target folder. Is that possible?

Yes, this is possible. In the profile settings, you can add a file filter to exclude files newer than 5 years, which will effectively include only files older than 5 years. Then, set the execution method to Replication (Update Target) and enable the "Move to target" option (located just below the execution method setting).
