Need to Exclude a Specific Folder from Backup

I'm running into an issue with my backup process and could really use some guidance. I have a corrupted folder on my source drive that I just can't delete. Because of this, my backup software keeps throwing an error message every time it tries to process it.

I'm trying to set up scheduled backups, and these errors are preventing the job from completing cleanly. My thought was to simply exclude this one problematic folder from being backed up to the target. However, I can't seem to find the option within the software to do this.

Could anyone point me in the right direction? How can I configure the backup to skip a specific folder so I can get my scheduled tasks running without errors?

Hi, you can use a subfolder filter in the profile settings.

For example:

[Exclude] c:\foldertoexclude\
