When I attempt to add a profile, nothing happens. I click on 'Add profile' in the interface and a dialogue box opens asking me to select a profile. I navigate to the Vice Versa folder in my documents and select the profile I want to run and nothing happens. If I enter the profile path manually, when I select OK, the interface returns but VV Engine for the profile has "Disabled" as status and there is a message at the bottom stating "Status Details: File not found: C:\Users\david\OneDrive\Davids Documents\ViceVersa PRO\museum.fsf." What am I doing wrong?

I have the most current version (I hope); purchased, downloaded, and installed, today, along with Vice Versa Pro 6 upgrade.

Edge browser current (auto-update is on.)

Windows 11 Pro current (automatic updates)

Copying the profile files to the local hard drive seems to have solved the problem.

Thank you!

VVEngine V3.0 (Build 3000)
ViceVersa Pro 6 (Build 6010)

I'm still getting the tracking database error when one of four profiles run daily. The error was displayed again when I first viewed my PC this morning but, VVEngine interface showed that all profiles had run successfully, as scheduled, this morning.

I would include screenshots, if it were possible, but apparently that isn't allowed. Why provide tags if they can't be used? I tried to include share links to my OneDrive. Am I doing something wrong? It would sure be convenient if I could just upload screenshots like virtually every other web support page I visit. How do I show or describe the problem if I can't upload or share images?

I recreated the profiles on local HD, as was previously suggested. I have reset the tracking database, as instructed in the interface, and next day the same error is displayed.

Sorry about the lack of support for images on the forum. Sad Could you send the screenshot to support via e-mail? What is the location/path of the tracking database in your profile? thanks

I can send via e-mail. What address should I use?

Profile path is C:\Users\username\Documents\Vice Versa Pro.

Update, it didn't happen this morning. My profiles (there are four of them) are set to run daily at staggered intervals (five minutes apart) beginning at 07:00.

Thank you, received. Looks like it was a conflict between VVScheduler and VVEngine running the same profile at the same time.
