hello,

    ❖ open the help file (F1) and type 'Scan' in the 'Search' dialogue
    ❖ Press 'Return' and select Topic 'Drive Indexing (Scan Acceleration)'
    ❖ In the second paragraph 'When to Use Scan Acceleration', the text reads :

'If there are not many files to scan, for example when having VVEngine working in real-time mode replicating the detected changes as they are happening, Scan Acceleration is not be needed.'
