The task did not run

I am running VV Pro and the user of the computer does not use a password to start windows. VV Pro, give me a message that says "The task did not run because no user account password was entered". I did not entered a password in the scheduler because I do not want that the user needs a password to use his computer.
Do I need to give a password in the Scheduler?. If so, the user of the computer, needs to know and use this password?. If so, when the computer is programmed to copy files at 3:00 AM it will be necesary to give the password?

In Windows XP you cannot have a blank password if you want to use the Scheduler. See this Microsoft support page for details:

VVScheduler uses Windows Task Scheduler to schedule tasks.
