Dear Support,

I have just run into a serious problem with VV 4 pro: after comparing an external HDD drive to a an internal one, the program freezes at the comparison results window (not fully drawn) and has to be forcibly closed.

The profile I am trying to use is not a new one, I have successfully used it on this same computer for many years.

This is a big problem for me as I cannot now transfer my files from my laptop to my desktop to continue my work.

I even tried deinstalling VV 4 and installing VV 3 but strangely enough, the result is the same.

I am a paying customer and urgent help is needed.

Hi, sorry to hear about this issue. Did you try with a different set of folders, i.e. is it only happening with a certain set of folders, sources/targets? thanks

I have not tried at this point. Just wondering if someone on your end could access my computer remotely, witness the problem and maybe fix it?

I have an onoing project that I need to transfer to the desktop, databases, etc. and this is throwing a wrench at my plans...

Hi, could you send the profile log to support via e-mail please?
Profile log can be set in profile settings -> execution if you have not set one yet. thank you
