Previously setup laptops find each other on new DHCP network

Can the software be configured to find other units with the software also on them on a network using DHCP.

For example, two people go to a customers site and connect to their network on the same sub-net and get new IP addresses.

If one person saves a change to the shared folder can it automatically find and synchronize to the other laptop?

Hi, changes can be synchronized vs a shared folder but ViceVersa will not find each other on a DHCP network.
