Is there a way to cause Vice Versa to verify that the copy of the new file was successful before it deletes the old file from the destination path? Sometimes the copy of a large database file fails and then we are left with no database file at all in the destination.

Hello ,
this is the normal ViceVersa PRO behavior unless you switch on the option not to use a temporary file when copying in the advanced settings....
