copy files and permission

Hello, I am using 3,03 build.
the execution is from then w2016 side, from a user who have the "domain admin" privilege
We need copy files with permissions from w2012 server to another server with w2016. If we flag "copy permission" then program copy the files, but not then permission.

I need to use robocopy to copy ONLY the permission to align the servers.
Which is our error ?
