Mirror source to target: How to delete obsolete files FIRST?

Hi,

ViceVersa is used to mirror backup data to a RDX media, job type is [Backup: Mirror source to target].

How can I delete on RDX side obsolete files FIRST before copy operation will start? For that I miss a switch like "Delete obsolete files before copy operation" because RDX media will become full even if actual backup data is lesser than capacity of the RDX media.

Hi, version is "ViceVersa PRO 3 build 3003 64-bit".

Thank you, in this version, files are deleted first and then copied for the backup (mirror source to target) method. There is an old version where this was not the case.

Could you please double-check this issue? It doesn't seem that older AND obsolete files are deleted first before copy operation will start. Our RDX media is running full because an 800 GB file is copied first before another, obsolete (on server-side deleted) 800 GB file will be deleted.

Obsolete (deleted) and older files should be deleted first before copy operation will start.
