I am setting a synchronization job profile into VVengine but when I enable profile its throwing File not found an error. Synechron Job is running well in the ViceVersa Pro version.

Hi,
Make sure that the profile path in VVEngine is complete and pointing to the exact location of the .fsf file on disk, you can select the existing profile when adding it to the VVEngine with "Select Profile".
