mirroring 2 servers

Is there away to mirroring 2 windows server 2012 in real time.
for example,

two new windows server (clean nothing install yet) connected in the same IP network, and both joined the the same domain.
I want to make primary server and secondary server.

i want everything happen in the primary server happen in the secondary server.
in real time.

for example, the network admin install DB software in primary server I want the same thing happen in the second server in real time.

the primary server has new Data in the DB i want the same data also inserted the DB in the secondary server in real time .

Hi, ViceVersa will mirror files/data in real-time, but not new software installations etc, mainly because there are settings that are stored in the Windows Registry and other location that are also protected.
