Can I use viceversa with my samsung galaxy s8 connected to my laptop ? if so, how can I make my phone internal/SD card show up in viceversa ? thanks

Hi, older Android devices support USB mass storage for transferring files back and forth with a computer. Modern Android devices instead use the MTP or PTP protocols — you can choose which one you prefer.

ViceVersa does not support MTP or PTP, only the old USB mass storage.
