good morning,

is it possible with "viceversa pro" to clone the windows server 2019 system disk and using it for system restore?

Hi, you can clone an entire disk, file by file, with ViceVersa, but ViceVersa will not copy the master boot sector and boot loader so the target disk will not be directly bootable - however you will have an exact copy of all your files.
