Compressed File Issue

I have created one profile for data backup from source to target.
Source is my server and target is external HDD.
Source data and normal and the same data has been replicate to external HDD using vice versa.
Now i want the target data to be compressed so i have changed same profile and compare and execute again but it failed with below error. :-

"\\?\H:\$RECYCLE.BIN\S-1-5-21-3369920077-1797574954-3532349676-500\$I17121I.lsp" in Target (Compressed) (Encrypted) does not have the required extension ".gz.enc". Exclude this file using file filters, or delete / move the file using Windows Explorer. Aborting comparison.

Please help.
