Synchronization method option ?

I need to resolve the following issue:

1. Copy SOURCE to TARGET regardless of SOURCE being newer or older
2. Do NOT delete from TARGET if deleted from SOURCE


Basically, I need Replication (Update Target) with "Replace newer target files with older source files" option.

Can this be achieved ? Thanks.

I've looked at enabling "Ignore timestamp" in comparison section but sadly didn't work. Is that expected?
