Sometimes prospective users will visit a company forum to get a feel for the type of company they're dealing with. I'd like to post my experience for just that reason. I've been using ViceVersa for many years without a hiccup, then (without going into the irrelevant details), had a problem of my own making - not theirs.

I contacted support, and not only did they respond immediately, they fixed the issue in a single email.

It's good to see that kind of support, and I appreciate the assist …. a great company.
