I have a problem which VV cannot saved any subfolder filter settings. No matter in absolute or relative path. e.g. '\Cookies\', '\\server\users\Application Data\', etc. Also I have ticked Exclude System folders, but this could not be kept either.

Please help

When I save the profile, there is no error message. However, when I click Change profile settings, I could not find any saved entries there.

I have asked my manger to try it as well, as he could not believe it. But it just could not save any folder filter entries.

Ok Shocked please try this test:
- Start ViceVersa.
- Select File->New Profile
- Add 1 subfolder filter
- Click OK to close the profile settings
- Select File->Save
- Save profile
- Close ViceVersa and then restart and reopen profile. Subfolder filter should be there.

thanks
