VVScheduler only running jobs when logged on

Hello there,

I have a few customers that have trial software running and are about the purchase the software, but we had a question.

We have tried and tried and can’t get this working. When we setup the Jobs in VVScheduler they will not run after we log off of the server. If we stay online they work.

Any ideas?

Hi - first check that in the VVScheduler task property, under the "task" tab, the option "only run when logged in " is not activated. Secondly does it run and fails or does not run at all? You can see that in the VV log file which can be setup in the VV profile settings. thanks
