How do you enable this?

We want to use ViceVersa to do synchronization every time a change is made on either end. So far, I can't find a way to enable this, but it's listed as a feature of the Pro version.

Assistance would be appreciated.

Try VVLauncher. This is a tool installed with ViceVersa PRO 2. You can find it under Start->All Programs->ViceVersa PRO 2->Tools. See also the VVLauncher help file under Start->All Programs->ViceVersa PRO 2->Help.
