Block level synchronization?

Hi I currently have a project for about 100+ PCs, looking for a synchronizing software to sync big files to a single backup server. The file sizes are something like 3-4gig(e.g. 2Gb .pst, etc.). What I wanted to find out is whether the ViceVersa is able to do block level sync. Instead of doing a sync of the entire 4Gb file everytime I add a new statement inside, it only backup the few byte of changes.

Currently VV does not support block level synchronization. Block level sync requires a client/server implementation. We are considering this feature for our product roadmap.
