Hi,

We have a scheduled vv task to copy files over a vpn between 2 Win2K3 servers which we were having a lot of delayed write failures and the odd runtime failure. We seem to have cured the delayed write failures by applying some intermittent network fault with Win2K3, but we are getting occaisional runtime errors.

Once the error occurs, the process will not run again until it is clicked on the console. A big problem for something we run every 10 minutes.

We get them almost every day and sometimes 3 times in a day, but that could just be because we were quicker to clear the error and so it cam back so much quicker.

We are running VV Pro 1.3.1 - Is it worth upgrading to version 2?

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards, Marcus

Hello Marcus
It is definetely worth trying out version 2 !
Let us know if the runtime error still occurs.
If it does, you will see two files in the installation folder: viceversa.dmp and viceversa.rpt ; please send those files to support@tgrmn.com for further debugging.
