Source is locked?

I am trying to run a bi-directional synchronization using the trial of vv pro and launching it with the new launcher – if I can get this to work we are going to buy several licenses for replicating 60 g or so across the network running it as a service. So far in testing every time I change a file it fires off the launcher but when it goes to sync the files I get a Source is locked error and it dies. What am I doing wrong?

You probably have accidentally locked the source folder in the ViceVersa PRO project settings. It is the lock icon next to the source folder. This lock instructs ViceVersa never to change source files and can be used as a security mechanism, when you are sure that you only want changes applied to target (e.g. during a replication from source to target).
