Just to be clear, this is what I've learned to be the shortest & recommended method of installing VVPro to run by VVLauncher. I'm trying it again on a brand-new system & want it installed cleanly - please tell me if you agree, it seems counter-intuitive:

- Logged in to system as administrator
- Install the software as per defaults
- Run VVPro and create/save the profile
- Run Service -> InstServ
- Select Install Service, then Start Service
- Run VVLauncher
- KILL VVLauncher & Stub.exe SERVICES ?!?
- RUN VVLauncher (to access 'Run VVLauncher' menu option) ?!?
- Set profile in VVLauncher
- Close VVLauncher and/or restart service and/or reboot machine
- Cross fingers & hope it runs one and only one instance correctly

Hopefully that doesn't sound condescending, but it's frustrating to have to guess the correct order of operations to get the VVLauncher running smoothly. I have had considerably different experiences on three different machines now, just need some confirmation here. More documentation on VVLauncher vs. Windows Scheduler options, and the specific install/troubleshooting of VVLauncher would be helpful. Great software for the price, thanks for helping us with this last 'chunk' of guesswork.

- Logged in to system as administrator
- Install the software as per defaults
- Run VVPro and create/save the profile
- Run VVLauncher and select ViceVersa profile + set options
- Run the profile once and check that it is working fine
- Run Service -> InstServ
- Select Install Service, then Start Service
Note: by default the service is installed under the LocalSystem account which does not have access to the network resource. You can change that using Windows service panel. see http://www.tgrmn.com/web/kb/item38.htm

At this point the VVLauncher GUI is no longer available.
If you need to change some VVLauncher settings:
- Run Service -> InstServ
- Select Stop Service
- Run VVLauncher
- Change settings
- Close VVLauncher
- Run Service -> InstServ
- Select Start Service

Great suggestion, I'll give it a shot next install. Thanks again!
