I have been using VVpro for many years (and I love it).
I would like to be able to sync my Windows Phone to/from my PC (Win7).
My windows phone shows up in Explorer, but doesn't have a drive letter (and there doesn't seem to be a way to give it one). So, I can't sync my phone with VV.  |

Yes, ViceVersa does not support the MTP protocol yet that is needed to sync with phones.... hopefully we will have it soon! thanks

Is there any update on this? I use VVPro extensively, and really want to use it to sync music onto a music player that only mounts as MTP. Is it actively being worked on? |

I purchased VVPro to sync my Samsung Tab and Samsung Note 4 with my Windows 7 Computer. Of coarse there was no information before I bought the VVPro to tell me that MTP was not supported. So Can I get my money back. and how can I talk to customer service?
Very frustrated! |
