License transfer

I have a VVPro 2.5 server license and a VVEngine license on an older server that is being replaced. How can I transfer these licenses to the new server?

Hello, uninstall both programs from the old server and then install on the new server and reuse your licenses. If the license count is exceeded please contact us. thanks

I'd like transfer a license and profile and task from one PC to another. Emailed this question to support but no answer.

Hi , for non-server installations (win 10, 8, 7, etc), uninstall ViceVersa PRO from the old computer then install on the new one and re-use your license code. Server licenses are linked to servers. thanks

How do I export the profiles and tasks and import them on the new PC?

I've figured out how to export profile on one machine and import on another. Now how do I do that with my tasks? Also, Do I have to use the registry export and import feature?

Ok, thanks to this forum I got this done

1) Exported the profile from VV on old machine and saved the file to new machine with same path name

2) Imported the profile in VV on new machine

3) Exported the Windows Task Scheduler vv task on old machine and saved the file to new machine with same path name

4) Imported the Windows Task Scheduler vv task on new machine

5) Exported the registry settings from VV and imported on new machine through VV
