Can't sync some files

Hi,

i'm interessting in buying for my customers (as replacement as robocopy) your product but i have a big issue in evaluation mode.

Some users change default security and in some case, my script user (a domain admin) have not the rights to read the files and then your product failed to copy theses files & directories

Some users use EFS and same issue.

With robocopy, no problem, just add the /B to switch in backup mode (to look like a backup agent and then access to all files even encrypted ones with EFS because my script user is the recovery agent).

Can i deal with theses problems ? and how configure it

ViceVersa always runs opening files in backup mode (/b flag in Robocopy). Did you see any warning in the Viceversa output window or or log file?
