cannot move access is denied

Great looking product ...just downloaded for evaluation ...running a bi-directional sync of word files and i got the cannot move access is denied message on about 25 out of 700 files ...none of these files are read only ...i did look up in forum ...suggested that i download the latest build ...which i did 2.0.0.9 ...why can't i copy these files over...thanks for help ...want to buy the product but i need to solve

Hi - can you post the log file showing the errors ? You can setup the log file in the profile settings, under the execution section. thanks

thanks for the reply ...when clicking on log file under view i get the pop up message that reads ' a log file for this profile has not been set" ...thanks for any help

Do you have access to the file in the source drive? You must be able to open the file to copy it. Easiest test is to browse to the folder with the same user account that you are running visa versa under.
