My work day ends soon, and I may have to leave when by backup program is not running. I am responsible for making sure that data is being backed up every night. I have sent emails to support@tgrmn, by I have not received a reply. I think my problem is easily resolved, but no one appears to be available to talk to as there is no phone # posted!
