I note that VV will run under NT4, but I have a bunch of legacy systems that (due to conflicts with the operational software) must run on service pack 3. Will VV run under NT4(SP3)? If so, are there any known issues I need to be aware of?

Hello - ViceVersa is not tested on Windows NT SP3. But unless there are some DLL missing it will work fine.
