completed with error status in widget

the widget is great, we love it. however, while it tells us a profile ran successfully, there isn't an indication when it completed with errors unless we open each one.

Hi, there should be a red icon or a warning icon showing in case of error, can you send a screen shot of what you see to support@tgrmn.com (forum does not support images) thanks
