Trying to establish a schedule, 1 at 5am every day, 1 at startup, 1 at idle time (10 minutes), when I hit OK it asks for a password and fails no matter what password I use. I am logged in as adiministrator and administrator has no password.

Hi - you will need to setup a password for the administrator account to run tasks. A password is required.
