I need some help, I am evaluating your software, and if I can make it work, I will be purchasing over 100 copies for my clients to use...

Ok here is my setup and what I need to do. any one that can offer suggestions and configuration help would be greatly appreciated.

I run a Windows 2000 Server in a Workgroup envroment, there is no Domain controller.

My Application is a POS, Point of Sale Software.

Small Text files are constantly being sent from the POS Terminals back to the server, files are created on the server and picked up the POS Terminals and removed from the server. Several Microsoft Access Databases, are being updated with data.

I would like to Use ViceVersa to Mirror all of my Critical Folders, in a real time immediate process. This includes the small txt files, as well as the Access Databases that are being updated.

Is this seneario possible.

And what is my best way of going about the process. I have started to look at the vast number of options in ViceVersa, and need help in going in the right direction.

Yes, using VVLauncher. See
Regarding the open database, it needs to be closed to be backed up.
Please contact us at to further discuss this setup.
