VVEngine File Locations

VVEngine stores most of its files in Documents and Settings. Lots of users have however have their OS and data on two separated partition. Files stores on the OS partition will be overwritten if the user decides to restore a backed up OS partition (image made with for example TrueImage, Ghost).

My suggestion; allow the user to change the location of these files.

Good idea. We could add the possibility to change the VVEngine's file paths using a registry key.
