Error VVLauncher Windows NT 4.0

Hi,

I try to run VVLauncher in Windows NT 4.0 SP5 but when I run this the system give me the following error:

Dynamic Link OLEACC.dll could not be found in .....

I run VVLauncher service install and when i start it said the same error.

VVLauncher needs OLEACC.DLL to run. To solve this problem we recommend you choose one of the following options:
- Install Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6a or
- On Windows NT 4.0 (pre-SP6a) oleacc.dll can be installed with the "Microsoft Active Accessibility Redistributable" component, which is available for download from Microsoft.
