moving files instead of re-transmitting

When moving especially bigger files (> 100MB+) on source from one to an other folder, then synchronize (with tracking-database), why VVpro2 isn't able to recognize that files have been just moved and accordingly move them on target instead of deleting and re-transmitting from source?
(Same thing, when just the name of an folder has been changed)

I think that just execute the according move-operation on target would reduce a lot of data-transfer and save time?!

I would also like to see a simple move operation that copies and then deletes the files from source once the copy has been confirmed.
