Do not propgate deletions

I wonder if you would consider a feature whereby files deleted in the source would NOT be deleted in the destination.

I use VV to backup client data files for our organisation.
These files are in an A-Z folder structure.
The users occasionally "accidently" delete client files, or worse still, they detelt entire branches of the structure.
Sometimes they don't realise for weeks this has occured, by which time it is too late to recover, as the nightly backup would also delete these from the "Destination" too.
I know you can set up the archive to keep all deleted files somewhere else, but a nice feature would be a check box that simply prevented files deleted from the source being deleted from the destination.
