Ok...I made a bonehead move that I hope someone can help me fix.
I set a password on VVEngine. I can't remember what the heck I set it to.
I can log into the machine with the local machine administrator account so I have authority to edit files if need be. |

Hi, you will need to edit the file VVEngine.xml manually and remove the <PWD></PWD> tag. Stop VVEngine, make a copy of the file VVEngine.xml for backup purposes, open the file with Notepad, edit and save. _________________ --

And where would that be? I'd run a search on the entire C drive and I don't find a file by that name.
I have VVEngine set up to run as a service. Would that matter any? |

Hi, it should be in
C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\VVEngine\
where <user> is the account running VVEngine. _________________ --
