Sync between two NAS

If I sync between two NAS's does the data flow through my computer or directly between the shares on the NAS units? My transfer rate is really slow and I am looking for ways to increase the transfer speed.

Hi, it will flow through your computer. The only way to not involve the computer would be to install VV on the NAS, but that is not possible.
